Experian Regional Customer Insight Forum
23rd September - 26th October, across the UK
Understanding your customers has never been more important in the public sector. Widening funding gaps coupled with increasing customer expectations of service levels means that local and regional public sector bodies need to transform the way they interact with and serve their customers. This process of service transformation needs to be approached with the citizen at its heart.
We will be holding five regional insight forums in September and October to share best practice and promote local practitioner networks. A number of organisations from different areas of the public sector will be joining us to share their experiences of using these tools to drive customer insight. Essentially, each forum's aim is to be an interactive "think tank".
By sharing best practice and knowledge and, importantly, by generating ideas and possible solutions, each forum's purpose is to tackle the common issues which all areas of the public sector currently face through joined-up thinking.
The following Regional Customer Insight forums will be taking place:
- Yorkshire and Humber – Thursday 23 September 2010 – Brough Business Centre, Skillings Lane, Brough, East Riding of Yorkshire. HU15 1EN
- North East – Tuesday 05 October 2010 – Durham Constabulary, Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5TT
- North West – Tuesday 21 September 2010 – Lancashire Constabulary, Saunders Lane, Hutton. PR4 5TJ
- East & West Midlands – Monday 04 October 2010 – Experian Offices, Embankment House, Electric Avenue, Nottingham, NG80 1EH
- East – Tuesday 26 October 2010 – Essex County Council, Committee Room 1, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH
- London – Wednesday 13 October 2010 – Experian Offices, Cardinal Place, 6th Floor, 80 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5JL
- South West – Fri 22nd October – Conference Hall (Coaver Club), County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, EX2 4QB

Places are available on a "first come, first served" basis and are limited to two places per organisation. Attendance is free of charge. When registering, please do let us know if you have any particular dietary or access requirements.
